Semi-annual GMM

General information

On the 16th of October, we will host the semi-annual GMM in MetaForum 6 (downstairs). The agenda will be full of exciting topics and we would like to hear your opinion about them!

This GMM will also include a big material auction so make sure to be there if you're interested in some old ropes and more :)

The GMM documents will be emailed to all members at least 10 days in advance.

Topics include:

• The semi-annual settlement and material purchases
• Revision of the annual budget
• Christmas climbing week budget
• Proposals for changes in the internal regulations, financial regulations, and weekend regulations
• A committee round and introduction of a new committee
• Material Auction
